How do I pay?
We currently accept online bank transfer, credit card, debit card and i-Pay88.

How much are the delivery charges and how long does it take?
We charge a flat rate of RM15 for deliveries within Klang Valley. Delivery is FREE if your order is RM150 & above.

How are my orders packed?
All Products which are frozen, are packed nicely into and fitted into the thermo pack which maintains the state of the Products. 

Will the chicken, duck, fish and shellfish (prawns & squid) I buy be cleaned and cut into parts?
No, we strictly do not clean and cut.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you may only change or cancel your order before your Order is out for delivery.

Can I add another delivery address? Or can I change my last delivery address?
Yes.
During Checkout you can either change your last delivery address, or you can add another delivery address. If you add another delivery address, you can give this new address a name (e.g. Mother Home). You can also WhatsApp us your new address if you so wish.

How do I check if my order was successful?
You will receive an automated email confirmation of your order once it is placed.

Can I order a product which is out of stock?
Sorry, you won't be able to place an order for a Product that's out of stock until we have updated our stock. If in the unfortunate or unlikely event that at the time of making payment or after making payment, the Product is out of stock, we will refund you.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery time is between 11am and 6pm. We will merely inform you before the order is out for delivery. Our delivery agent/employee will call you 30 minutes before his arrival at your delivery address.

What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
You will have to contact us at 012-6866 312 or WhatsApp or email us at hello@sanandsonfrozen.com.my to reschedule your delivery. An additional delivery fee of RM15 will be charged for your rescheduled delivery if a re-delivery is attempted.

In order to avoid this from happening, you may leave at the ‘Remark’ column at the time of placing your Order with us by informing us or special instructions as to your available date and time and location to collect your Product. You may also WhatsApp us to set a specific date and time of delivery to receive the Product.
Note: 

Please note that we will only call you three times, if we are unable to reach you, due to whatever reasons, or you do not pick up the call, we take the Product back to our warehouse and arrange for a re-delivery with you.

If I Am Not Happy With The Product You Sent Me?

Please call us at 012-6866 312 or WhatsApp or send us an email at hello@sanandsonfrozen.com.my no later than twenty-four (24) hours after the date you received the Product.
